Real fans deserve real products

Security solutions for original merchandising – physical and digital.

Whether it’s a jersey, a fan shirt, a collector’s item, a limited edition or exclusive tour merchandise: fans don’t simply buy a product. They buy something that connects them with their club, their band, their artist or their brand.

That makes one certainty all the more important: is the product really genuine?

Counterfeit merchandising articles don’t just damage revenues and trademark rights. They can also undermine the trust of fans – especially when fakes are offered via online marketplaces, social media or unauthorised sales channels.

Verifying the original directly on the product
Securikett combines physical security features with digital authentication. Customised security labels, tamper-evident seals or other marking solutions can be equipped with a unique code (UID).

Fans can scan this code with their smartphone and immediately check whether the product they are holding is authentic.

At the same time, brands and merchandising providers gain a digital link to the individual product – and with it the ability to detect suspicious scans, unusual activity or potential grey-market movements.

From product protection to fan interaction
But the scan doesn’t have to end with the authenticity check.

Once verification is successful, fans can be given access to exclusive content, competitions, videos, product information, registrations or special fan campaigns, for example.

A security feature thus becomes an additional digital touchpoint between fan and brand.

For the widest range of merchandising products

The security solution can be designed individually depending on the product, the material and the desired security level – from classic security labels and VOID solutions through paper-based seals to combinations with QR codes, NFC and digital authentication functions.

The goal is simple: fans should be able to tell that they have actually bought the original – and brands gain more transparency about where and how their products are being verified.
