In May 2026, Securikett was named Best Family Business in Lower Austria by the Austrian daily newspaper Die Presse. The award particularly recognises the company’s successful international development and its innovative strength in the field of security and authentication solutions.

The family business, based in Münchendorf, was founded in 2001 by Marietta Ulrich Horn and Werner Horn and combines many years of experience in the label and security sector with technological innovation. According to Die Presse, Securikett continuously invests in research and development and, with its specialised security solutions, is among the international technology leaders in several areas. Today, the company exports the majority of its products to international markets within and beyond Europe.
