MODERN MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN AUSTRIA
OUR PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED AT A SECURE LOCATION
At our company headquarters in Münchendorf, south of Vienna, we have a modern production hall in which all our products are manufactured with consideration for ecological aspects.
The facility operates exclusively with electricity as its primary energy source, which is sourced entirely from renewable energy. A significant share of the electricity demand is covered by an on-site photovoltaic system, supporting a reduction in operational emissions. Energy efficiency measures are integrated into the building and production setup, including LED lighting, optimized machine operation, and heat recovery systems.
Material usage and production waste are closely monitored. Materials that cannot be used in final production are repurposed for machine calibration and testing, helping to minimize waste. Water consumption in production is very low, as most manufacturing steps do not require water. Where process-related wastewater occurs, it is collected and treated in accordance with environmental regulations before disposal. These measures ensure that manufacturing at the Münchendorf site combines high security standards with a structured approach to resource efficiency and environmental impact reduction.
