GOOGLE SERVICES

5.1

Google Analytics This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (following: Google). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. See also paragraph 4. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website in full. In addition, you may prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5.2

Google Adwords
Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement sent by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google-served ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords advertisers’ websites. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users. If you do not want to participate in the tracking, you can refuse the required setting of a cookie – for example, via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies or sets your browser to block cookies from the domain googleleadservices.com

5.3

Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a platform to manage website tags, whereby no cookies are used and thus no personal data is collected. Tags are small snippets of code that are triggered by certain actions on the website and may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags, provided the tags are implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Google Search Console For the purpose of search engine optimization of our website we use Google Search Console. The Google Search Console is a tool from Google that is used to monitor and analyze our own websites. In the context of using Google Search Console, no personal user and tracking data is processed or transmitted to third parties, in particular Google. You can find out more about this under this link: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/4559176?hl=de

SOCIAL MEDIA

6.1

LinkedIn We use social plug-ins of the social media network LinkedIn, of the company LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA on our website. The social plug-ins may be feeds, content sharing or links to our LinkedIn page. The social plug-ins are clearly marked with the familiar LinkedIn logo and allow, for example, interesting content to be shared directly via our website. For the European Economic Area and Switzerland, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company Wilton Place in Dublin is responsible for data processing. By embedding such plug-ins, data can be sent to LinkedIn, stored and processed there. In this privacy policy, we want to inform you about what data is involved, how the network uses this data and how you can manage or prevent data storage. Contact Provider: LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, California 94043, USA; www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. LinkedIn has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. What data is stored by LinkedIn? Only by the mere integration of the social plug-ins LinkedIn does not store any personal data. LinkedIn calls this data generated by plug-ins passive impressions. However, when you click on a social plug-in to share our content, for example, the platform stores personal data as so-called “active impressions”. And this is regardless of whether you have a LinkedIn account or not. If you are logged in, the collected data is assigned to your account. Your browser establishes a direct connection to LinkedIn’s servers when you interact with our plug-ins. In this way, the company logs various usage data. In addition to your IP address, this can be login data, device information or info about your internet or mobile provider, for example. If you access LinkedIn services via your smartphone, your location (after you have allowed this) can also be determined.

6.2

Twitter / X
We currently use a social media plug-in for X (previously Twitter). This uses the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the marking on the box above its initial letter or logo. We open up the possibility for you to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. Only if you click on the marked box and thereby activate it, the plug-in provider receives the information that you have called up the corresponding website of our online offer. By activating the plug-in, personal data from you is therefore transmitted to X and stored there (in the case of US providers, in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects the data in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser’s security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.
We have no influence on the collected data and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full extent of the data collection, the purposes of the processing or the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.
Contact the provider: X, Corp, 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, California 94103, USA; twitter.com/privacy.
X has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

No automated connection is established with the YouTube servers. Only by clicking on corresponding buttons or links, you give consent that the necessary data (including the Internet address of the current page and the IP address of the user) will be transmitted to the operator.
